RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

1. RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Step 1: If you received a defective or expired goods, you must initiate a return or replacement request within 7 days after the delivery date (s).

Within two days of the date of delivery, submit a return or replacement request through My Account if a product is damaged or missing.

Step 2. Give us two working days to assess your return request.

Step 3: Upon assessment of your return request, our courier partner will be sent to collect the item(s) that were delivered to you.

Step 4: You must self-ship the item via any reputable courier partner if our reverse pick up service is not available in your area. We will deposit the courier fees back into the account or wallet used for the original payment. You are need to enter your account information for the refund transfer in the case of COD.

Step 5: After receipt of your product(s), we will compare them to the claim and begin the replacement or refund process as necessary. Please be aware that stock availability will determine whether a replacement is made.

 

Step 6: Refunds will be processed within 48 hours once your return claim is approved. Depends on the chosen method of payment. Typically, banks and payment gateways take seven to ten business days to credit accounts.

 

You can tell us you want to cancel your request for a return or replacement by sending an email with a clear statement to info@bigfalcon.in

 

 

If you wish to return the item, we will promptly refund all money we have received from you, minus the cost of delivery. The original payment method that was used to make the purchase will get the refund. The reimbursement, however, will be sent through bank transfer between 4 to 10 working days after we receive the material if you choose Cash on Delivery on the initial sale.

What Circumstances Allow Me to Return or Replace My Product?

The wrong item was shipped

Delivered was an expired good

physical flaws or tampering with the goods or packaging

Order not complete due to missing goods/items

 

What Circumstances Preclude Acceptance of Return/Replacement Requests?

opened, used, or altered goods

Absence of the original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)

Once seven days have passed since the delivery date, a return or replacement request is generated.

Once two days have passed since the delivery date, the damaged or missing merchandise is reported.

 

2. CANCELLATION OF ORDER

Only items that are returned undamaged from the original packaging are subject to your right to cancel the order.

 

CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLING AN ORDER

No compensation will be given.

 

If the item has been used after being opened

For goods that aren't given back in the identical condition they were when they were first received

if they have suffered harm.

When the product(s) are in your possession, treat them with care. If possible, please return the item(s) with all of its original packaging, manuals, and other accessories that may have come with it. In any event, you must include the delivery receipt you received when the product was shipped in the package you send in for return.

When a purchase is cancelled, the corresponding products must be returned as follows:

 

RETURNING THE ITEM (S)

Please get in touch with us via via the form on our website or by email at info@bigfalcon.in if you need the product(s) picked up from your house while returning them via the courier service we arranged for you. The product must be returned in the original packaging, and you must follow the instructions in the "RETURNS" section of this website. You can call our customer care number to request returns by courier if you purchased any items while a guest.

 

For the return as described above, you won't have to shell out any extra money.

 

Please take note that we do not allow partial refunds policy.

 

Despite the aforementioned, we have the right to withhold compensation until we have received the returned items or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever comes first. The same mode of payment that you used to make the purchase will be utilised to pay the refund to you.
