How to Make PVC Cards/ Posters

STEP 1Take 1st Overlay (Semi-Transparent Sheet), this will be used for printing your matter. One Side of the overlay is peelable (Plastic Film). DO NOT PRINT ON THE PEELABLE SIDE. Feed the paper in the inkjet printer in such a way that the NON-PEELABLE SIDE is the printing side. Print using a Mirror Image of the required Image. This is will be the front side of the document. Repeat the same with 2nd Overlay for the Rear Side of the document. Note: If your document is one side you do not need to print on rear side. | STEP 2Take 1 Core (PVC Sheet), and remove the plastic film from both sides of the Core. Note: If the document is one-sided you still need to remove both sides to achieve 800 Micron Thickness. Stick both the Overlays on each side in such a way that the Printed Matter sticks inside the Core. | STEP 3Set your Lamination Machine to 110°C and Laminate the above setup |
