Here are a few tips from us that may enhance your experience:
- Before laminating valuable items do a test run with a similar item in size and thickness.
- If the laminated document is cloudy or there are air bubbles. Please turn up the temperature slightly and run the pouch through the laminator a second time.
- If the laminated document has wavy lines on it. Please reduce the temperature and place a new document in a pouch to try again.
- Run cleaning sheet through laminator after every 20 uses, allows you to clear any possible excess glue from the roller and reduces the risk of jamming.

Put your paper somewhere ?Place the object in the middle of the pouch between the two layers of film, being sure to leave a laminate border on each side for the greatest sealing effects. | How to Put pouch into the machine ?Set the temperature according to the pouch’s thickness. Put the pouch’s sealed end into the machine and the open end behind it. | Lamination Done ?Keep the pouch from being pulled or blocked as it passes through the laminating machine. Setting for Laminating Temperature:
The BIGFALCON Premium Lamination Pouch provides a glossy, incredibly long-lasting laminating solution. It is advised to adjust the laminator’s temperature in accordance with the indicative temperature settings shown below for a flawless airtight seal –
- 80 Microns- 110°C
- 125 Microns- 140°C
- 175 Microns- 160°C
- 250 Microns- 180°C
Safety Recommendations-
- Store in a dry, cold environment.
- Avoid extremes of temperature, humidity, and sunshine.
- Avoid rolling or folding the sheets.
- Immediately after opening the package, use the film.
- The presence of sweat or damp hands may generate bubbles in the laminate.
